Short title, extent : (1) This Act may be called the Mizoram (Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and commencement and Resettlement) (Amendment) Act, 2017. (2) It shall have the like extent as the Principal Act. (3) It shall commence from the date of its publication in the Mizoram Gazette.
