Prohibition on springs encroachment. - (1) No springs and their catchment areas shall be encroached upon in any manner by any body, municipal and local bodies, industrial and agricultural activities. (2) Construction of houses, dumping sites or any other structures crossing streams or spring water channels is prohibited.
