Amendment of Section 8 :- In section 8 of the Principal Act, (1), In sub-section (1), the words “punishable under section 6 or 7” shall be substituted by the words ‘punishable’ under section 5 or 6 or 7". (2) In sub- section (2), the words “this section may be detained until his name.” shall be substituted by the words “section 5 or 6 or 7 may be detained until his name”.
