Failure to take precautions: Whoever fails without reasonable cause to comply with any of the requirements specified in the notification issued under sub-section (1) of section 13 or of a direction issued under sub section (2) of that section shall be punishable with fine which may extend to five thousand rupees and the Director shall be competent authority to impose such fine.
