REASONS FOR DISAGREEMENT WITH THE REPORT TO BE PLACED IN PUBLIC DOMAIN.- If there is disagreement with the recommendations of the Ombudsman in case of complaints and grievances regarding corruption and maladministration against the Village Councils in general and its elected functionaries, the Governor must place the reasons in the public domain.
