SERVICE OF STATE GOVERNMENT DEPARTMENTS.- The State Government may, at the request of the Ombudsman make available the services of officers and employee of the State Government including police personnel to assist the Ombudsman in the conduct of investigation and enquiry and in respect of such functions such Officer or employee shall be deemed to be the officer or employee of the Ombudsman.
