Act to override other Laws.- In relation to the services prescribed under this Act and the procedure of service delivery and disposal of applications prescribed by notification under this Act the provisions made under this Act shall have effect notwithstanding anything inconsistent therewith contained in any other law for the time being in force or in any rules having effect by virtue of ,any law other than this Act.
