Extent of Repeal 1) The Mizoram Clinical & Health Establishment (Regulation) Act, 2007 is & Saving hereby wholly repealed. 2) Notwithstanding such repeal, anything done or any action taken under the said Act shall be deemed to have been done or taken under the corresponding provisions of the Clinical Establishment (Registration and Regulation) Act, 2010 (Central Act No. 23 of 2010).
