(1) ‘Government’ means the Government of Mizoram. (2) ‘Government Guarantee’ includes the guarantee given by the State Government on behalf of Departmental Undertakings, Public Sector Undertakings, Local Au- thorities, Statutory Boards & Corporations, Co-op- erative Institutions and other authorities and agencies under the Government of Mizoram. (3) ‘prescribed’ means prescribed by rules made under the Act. (4) ‘State’ means the State of Mizoram.
