In the Mizoram Animal (Control and Taxation) Act. 1980 (Act. No 4 of 1980) (herein after referred to as the principal Act.) in section - 2 (i) in clause (b) in between the word “includes” and the word “pigs,” the “word” shall be inserted: Short title extent and commence- ment Ammendment of Section 4. (ii) after clause (c) the following clause shall be inserted as follows :- “(cc)” “Court” means a civil court or a criminal court in Mizoram.
