Repeals and Savings.- (i) The provisions of the Act shall override any other law in force on the subject from the date of its coming into force; Provided that any rights accrued, actions taken, cases pending under any other law in force will be governed by the provisions of such law; (ii) This Act shall not have any retrospective effect. The existing protected tenants’/share croppers’ rights under any laws in force shall not be affected by this Act.
