Save as otherwise provided, this Part applies to every sea-going sailing vessel owned by a citizen of India [or a company or a co-operative society which satisfies the requirements specified in clause (b) or, as the case may be, clause (c) of Section 21]. Substituted by Act 43 of 1981, Section 9, for certain words (w.e.f. 28/09/1981).
