The Central Government may make rules prescribing-- (a) the form of certificate to be issued by the Director General under sub-section (2) of Section 352N and the particulars which it may contain; (b) fees which may be charged for issue of certificates under Section 352N;] [(c) the limits of liability of owner in respect of one or more incident of pollution damage or other requirements having regard to the provisions of the Liability Convention.] Section 352R Inserted by Act 12 of 1983, Section 10 (w.e.f. 18/05/1983).
