Section 322

Recognition of load line certificates issued outside India

An international [load line certificate or, as the case may be, an international load line exemption certificate] issued in respect of any ship other than an Indian ship by the Government of the country to which the ship belongs shall, subject to such rules as the Central Government may make in this behalf, have the same effect in India as a [load line certificate or, as the case may be, an international load line exemption certificate] issued in respect of an Indian ship under this Part. Substituted by Act 25 of 1970, Section 11, for "load line certificate" (w.r.e.f. 21/07/1968).
