Section 97

Power to remove difficulty

If any difficulty arises in giving effect to the provisions of this Act in any State, the State Government may, by order, do anything not inconsistent with such provisions which appears to it to be necessary or expedient for the purpose of removing the difficulty: Provided that no order shall be made under this section in relation to any State after the expiry of two years from the date on which this Act comes into force in that State.
