(1) The Meghalaya Street Vendors (Protection of Livelihood and Regulation of Street Vending) Ordinance, 2014 is hereby repealed. (2) Notwithstanding such repeal, any action taken or purported to have been taken or anything done or purported to have been done under the Ordinance so repealed shall be deemed to have been taken or done under the corresponding provisions of this Act.
