(1) The Authority may depute Government officials or may appoint such other officers and employees of the Authority in such manner and with such qualifications, as may be prescribed. (2) The salaries and allowances payable to and the other terms and conditions of service of officers and other employees of the Authority shall be such, as may be prescribed.
