(1) Any entrepreneur who fails to comply with the conditions or undertakings in the self-certification given the Agency or Department or competent authorities shall face penalty. (2) The competent authority shall be competent for enforcement of the above sub-section (1) as per law according to the prescribed rule under the applicable Act.
