(1) Every Applicant or Entrepreneur shall furnish a Self-Certification at the time of submitting the application form, undertaking in such form and manner as may be prescribed that he shall comply with the applicable provisions of the applicable laws made there under; (2) The self-certification furnished by the entrepreneur shall be accepted by the concerned Departments and authorities for the purpose of issue and granting clearance.
