(1) The 1 "Chairman, the Vice Chairman " and every non-official member shall hold office for a period of two years from date of appointment but shall be eligible for re-appointment as such Chairman or Member. (2) The 2 " Chairman, the Vice Chairman " shall receive such remuneration and the nonofficial members such travelling allowances and daily allowances as may be prescribed.
