The Board may, from time to time with the previous sanction of the Government, make regulations consistent with this Act and the rules made thereunder- (a) for the management, allotment and use of the buildings tenements, hutments and premises constructed under a housing scheme; (b) for the remuneration and conditions of service of the officers and employees appointed by the Board. (c) for delegation of financial powers to 1 "the Chairman, the Vice-Chairman " and the Housing Commissioner and other officers; (d) for regulating the procedure of disposal of its business.
