No land or building or any interest therein vested in the Board or in any person under the provisions of this Act or under the Rules, Regulations or Bye-Laws made thereunder shall be leased out, sold, exchanged or otherwise transferred by the Board or by such person in contravention of the Meghalaya Transfer of Land (Regulation) Act, 1971 as amended.
