(1) The board may for the purpose of carrying out any programme of any Housing Scheme and after public notice is given, divert the public use of, or close any road or part thereof vested in the Board. (2) Whenever the Board closes the public use of any road or any part thereof vested in it, it shall provide some other alternative means of access to those entitled to the use of such road or part thereof. (3) No compensation whatsoever shall be paid to any person effected by the closing of any road or part thereof vested in the Board.
