The State Government may cause an inspection of the Council or of any recognised polytechnic to be conducted by its officers to ensure that the Council or the polytechnic, as the case may be, functions in accordance with the provisions of this Act and the officers shall be afforded all reasonable facilities for the conduct of the inspection.
