The Chairman and a Member of the Board may resign from respective post by tendering resignation to the State Government and the seat of such incumbent shall become vacant on the date of acceptance of his resignation: Provided that a Member of the Board may resign from respective post by tendering his resignation to the State Government under intimation to the Chairman of the Board.
