(1) The Board shall have a Managing Director who shall be appointed by the State Government and he shall be the Chief Executive Officer of the Board. (2) The Managing Director appointed under subsection (1) shall also function as the exofficio Secretary of the Board. (3) The Board may appoint other Officers and servants as may be necessary for the efficient discharge of its duties and functions under this Act. (4) The superintendence and control over all the Officers and servants of the Board shall vest in the Managing Director.
