Section 106

Supervision and control of the Chairperson or Chief Executive.

(1) The Chairman of the Board shall preside over the meeting. (2) Subject to the superintendence of the Board, the general control and direction overall the officers and servants of the Board shall be vested with the Chief Executive of the Board.
