(1) The Registrar upon being satisfied that the memorandum and the regulations comply with the requirements of this Act and the rules, and upon payment of the fee referred to in sub-section (2), shall certify under his hand and seal that the association is registered as a society under this Act. (2) There shall be paid to the Registrar for the registration of an association under this Act, a fee of 1 one thousand rupees , or such smaller sum as the State Government may, from time to time, direct. (3) An appeal shall lie to the State Government against an order of the Registrar refusing to certify the registration of an association as society under this Act and the decision of the State Government on such appeal shall be final.
