(1) The Meghalaya Settlement of Arrears (under the State Taxation Acts) (Meghalaya Ordinance No.3 of 2020) is hereby repealed. (2) Notwithstanding such repeal, anything done or any action taken under the Ordinance so repealed shall be deemed to have been taken or done under the provisions of this Act.
