(1) This Act may be called the Meghalaya Right To Public Services Act, 2020. (2) This Act shall extend to the State of Meghalaya and shall apply to all State Government employees and any other person or Public Authority or Agency providing services on behalf of the State. (3) It shall come into force on such date as the Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, appoint.
