(1) An applicant for the License shall pay to the Licensing Authority such fee as may be prescribed for the grant of the License. (2) The Licensee shall pay to the Licensing Authority, an amount known as Gaming Royalty notified by the State Government from time to time, at such intervals and in such manner as may be prescribed. (3) The Licensee shall pay to the Licensing Authority a renewal fee as may be prescribed at the time of renewal of License.
