Section 6

Courts competent to try offence under this Act and take cognizance of offence

1) No court other than the Court of Judicial Magistrate of the First Class shall take cognizance of any offences under this Act. 2) No court shall take cognizance of any offence under this Act, except on a complaint in writing by an authorised Officer.
