(1) The State Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, make rules to carry out the provisions of this Act. (2) In particular and without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing power, such rules may provide for - Bar of jurisdiction of Civil Court Appellate Authority Powers of the State Government to issue directions Power to remove difficulties Protection of action taken in good faith Power to make rules PART-IV] THE GAZETTE OF MEGHALAYA (EXTRAORDINARY) OCTOBER 31, 2025 1048 a) the manner of admission and allocation into MBBS course under sub-section (1) & (2) of section 3 and section 8; b) the manner of determining of fees to be charged by the Private Medical Institutions including Institutes under Private University under section 9; c) the honorarium and allowances payable to the members of the fee regulation committee; d) any other matter which is required to be or may be prescribed.
