(1) This Act shall be called the Meghalaya Private Medical Institutions including Institutes under Private University (Regulation of Admission, Fixation of Fees, and Reservation) Bill, 2025. (2) It shall extend to the whole of the State of Meghalaya. (3) It shall come into force from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
