Individual Sentence Planning- (1) A sentence plan setting out the programme of treatment may be prepared by the officer-in-charge, which will help in the prisoner's rehabilitation and social re-integration, as may be prescribed under the rules. (2) The individual sentence plans may be updated and recorded in the prisoner's file on periodic basis.
