Prison Regimen for Transgender prisoners- (1) Separate enclosures or wards for transgender prisoners, both trans-men and trans-women, may be provided as prescribed under the rules. (2) Transgender prisoners maybe provided access to any specific health-care or psycho-social care. (3) Transgender prisoners may be provided access to correctional programmes and activities.
