Staff Welfare- The Head of Prisons and Correctional Services may establish a staff welfare wing to aid and advise the Government in the implementation of welfare measures for prison officers and staff. CHAPTER-VI USE OF TECHNOLOGY IN PRISON ADMINISTRATION
