Section 9

Medical treatment and benefits.

The Chief Minister, other Ministers and Minister of State and the members of their family shall be entitled to such medical treatment and benefits as may laid down by rules to by the Government. Explanation 1. For the purpose of this section the expression the members of their family shall mean and include such members as may be prescribed by rules. 2. Those who are entitled to free medical attendance and treatment may take the same from any registered physician of their choice Allopathic and Ayurvedic. Unani or Homoeopathic and medical bills on prescription of such physicians are reimbursable.
