(1) Every Registrar of Birth and Deaths who receives notice of the death of any person whose name is known to have been entered in the Register shall forthwith inform the Registrar of such death stating the date, time and place of death. (2) On receipt of such information from the Registrar of Births and Deaths or from any other reliable source regarding such death, the Registrar shall remove the name of the deceased person from the Register.
