(1) Every person who applies to have his name entered in the register shall:- (a) Satisfy the Registrar that he possesses one or more of the titles or qualification referred to in the Schedules to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956, as amended from time to time; and (b) Correctly inform the Registrar of the dates on which he obtained the title or qualification which entitles him to claim registration under this Act. (2) Every application under this section shall be made in such from and on payment of such fee as may be prescribed.
