(1) When any material or labour has been supplied or has to be supplied for any of the purposes mentioned in Section 5, the Director shall forthwith cause the cost of such materials or labour to be paid to the person by whom the same were supplied. (2) The Director shall also pay to every person requisitioned under Section 5 (2) such expenses as may be prescribed.
