Section 22

Penalty for removing boundary marks.

Any person, wilfully erasing, removing or damaging any boundary mark which has been lawfully erected under this Act shall, on conviction, be punishable with imprisonment for a term which may extend to one year or with fine not exceeding five hundred rupees or with both.
