The State Government may appoint a person, not being a member of the board of the Board, as Financial Adviser and Chief Accounts Officer of the Board. He shall hold office for such period as the State Government may, by general or special order, direct and unless otherwise directed by the State Government, he shall receive his salary and allowances from the fund of the Board.
