(1) In each year, on such date as may be fixed by the Government, the Board shall prepare and forward to the Government a programme. (2) The programme shall contain- (a) Particulars of the Schemes which the Board proposes to execute whether in part or whole during the next year; (b) Particulars of any work or undertaking which the Board proposes to execute during the next year for the purpose of carrying out its functions under this Act; and (c) Such other particulars as may be prescribed.
