(1) The Board of Management shall consist of; (a) The Vice-Chancellor; (b) The registrar; (c) Three persons; nominated by the Sponsor; (d) Two Deans of the faculties as nominated by the Chancellor; (e) One representative to be nominated by the State Government; (f) One person of repute from the State to be nominated by the Sponsor; (2) The Vice-Chancellor shall be the Chairman of the Board of management and the Registrar shall be the Secretary of the Board of Management; (3) The powers and functions of the Board of management shall be such as may be prescribed.
