(1) Detailed Project Report once approved by the Board shall be adopted and published by the Board as Approved Detailed Project Report. The Board shall provide a copy of the Approved Detailed Project Report to the concerned departments of the State Government and to the concerned Government Agency or the Specified Government Agency. The Board shall also publish the Approved Detailed Project Report on its website. (2) The Board shall determine on the basis of the Approved Detailed Project Report whether an Infrastructure Project is a Bankable Project or not and shall also take into consideration any comments offered by the concerned departments of the State Government or the concerned Government Agency or the Specified Government Agency.
