(1) This Act may be called the Meghalaya Infrastructure Development Finance Board Act,2011. (2) It extends to the whole of the State of Meghalaya. (3) It shall come into force on such date as the State Government may by way of notification in the Official Gazette, appoint: Provided that different dates may be, appointed for different sections of this Act. (4) It shall apply to such Infrastructure Projects as are implemented by or through the Board, under the provision of this Act.
