(1) Every Migrant Worker shall make an application in the form as may be prescribed; (2) Each application in the prescribed form shall be made before the Registering Officer of the area in which the Migrant Worker intends to work; (3) The application shall be submitted to the Registering Officer; (4) On receipt of the application, the Registering Officer shall, after recording the date of receipt of application, give an acknowledgement of the same to the applicant.
