(1) Every Registrar shall keep in the prescribed form a Register of Marriage made in the area under his jurisdiction. (2) The Registrar-General shall from time to time cause to be printed and supplied to the Registrars sufficient number of registers in the prescribed form. 1 " Provided that the provision of this Section shall be applicable to the parties of the marriage not covered by their respective personal laws."
