In order to ensure effective delivery mechanism and institutional arrangements the State Government shall; a) notify Programme Implementation Department as Nodal Department responsible for the implementation of this Act; b) Meghalaya Society for Social Audit and Transparency (MSSAT) shall provide secretarial assistance for the State Social Audit Council.
